But maybe you’re anxious about the next steps, feeling that if you slow down, you’ll lose the momentum and fall back into doing nothing.
So you rush yourself, and it all starts feeling heavy again.
But, can I tell you something? .✦ ݁˖
Taking the first step doesn’t mean the next one has to happen immediately after.
You’re allowed to breathe in between.
Believe me, it gets lighter when you KNOW there’s a next step, and you trust yourself to take it when you’re ready.
